Domain registration, DNS, hosting and email can belong to different providers. Record the account owner and recovery arrangements for each without putting passwords into a shared project document.
Document the release path
Write down how a change reaches the live site, who can publish it and how to restore a previous version. Include backup ownership and a way to check that recovery actually works.
